so you're not necessesarily the "typical" desighner - in which case then excellent. i've extolled the virtues of designers communicating with whoever receives their files before submission - if that's what you do then from my perspective, and i do mean this sincerely, you are one of the few who actually want to take responsibility of their artwork and "own" it through the processes.
