Graphic Design Forum :: assign file extensions to programs MAC
new to Macs, started out on a Mac then went to a new shop and worked graphics on a PC for 10 years. I'm at a new shop once again who uses Macs. I need to find where at in the OS, to assign a program to a file extension. I want jpegs to open in Photoshop and not Preview! I've found a freeware program FileInfo http://www.panix.com/~shopsinm/ that seems to do the trick but can this be done somewhere in the OS without thirdparty software? - Read More at This Link..
